breakwater audio is a full functioning recording studio in north lynnwood. opened in 2007, breakwater has amenities including wireless internet, all video game systems, hot tub, bbq, full kitchen, and sleeping accommodations for out of town bands. head engineered by dan slinger who has recorded/mixed/mastered such bands as spellbinder with michael shrieve(santana), homewrecker, omni void, invention, after all, translated, blackstone and n8v. breakwater has sixteen tracks of simultaneous pro tools recording, outboard tube pres and compressors and a mic locker that can compliment any instrument. house instruments and amps are available. $30/hour
