The 5th wheel has been kept very clean and in good condition. It is coming from a non smoking owner and no pets have lived inside. It has Large windows w/ storm windows, 2 very comfortable swivel chairs, folding leaf table 24"x48", sofa bed (double), queen lift up bed, center bath, 6'-3' shower, toilet seperate from the shower, double door wardrobe, a/c,17 ft awning, dometic ac/gas fridge/freezer, 4 burner stove with oven, power vented hood, wired for microwave,sink cover, cutting board. Everything worked great when i parked it havent used in awhile and no longer have any need for it. We do have more pictures if you would like to see more. We are doing a package deal with a 1985 Ford F250 W/ Trailor Hitch for a total of $7500.00 This truck has less then 80,000 miles on it. It has a 5th wheel trailor hitch on the back, a ball on the front bumper as well as the back one, has storage box in the bed, duel tanks full of gas and ready to go, fuel shut off switch, electronic brake controller.
