IF YOU are even thinking of selling OR buying... doesnt it make sense to consider the agent you choose much as you would your doctor or your lawyer? Because so much is involved,doesn't it also stand to reason that you should be able to expect this person to be sensitive to your needs,guide you through what you need to know and provide you with the kind of support that will be so essential in this most important decision? My experiences buying and selling homes prior to getting into this business gives me the ability to see all aspects of what the homeownership process is. I remember how it was when I was looking to buy a home ---I needed someone to show me what to look for,what to stay away from and ultimately what was a good buy or not. What I did not need was just lip service or an agent who never returned my calls or who simply gave up on me when I could not make up my mind. No doubt you can relate to this feeling.
