This sofa couch is in perfect condition, stain and odor free. It is in basically new condition, because it was re-upholstered and then never used. The Upholstery is still tight and the cushions are still very firm. I bought the couch for $400.00 from a client who had just spent $800.00 on new upholstery and then never used it.
