Items are clean and well-maintained. $150 OBO for the couch, $100 OBO for the love seat. $200 OBO for both. Please bring a truck as I don't have one to help you transport. May want to bring a helping pair of hands, too, but if not, I'll help you carry. : ) The best time to come and see is after 5:30 PM on weekdays and any time on a weekend.
